RULES

  1. Wagon must be a "Radio Flyer Classic" or equivalent with stamped-steel body and stamped steel wheels with solid rubber tires.
  2. Must retain stock wheelbase and all stock parts, although the handle is not required.
  3. Wheels must retain their original rubber tires and stamped steel rims. For the non-stock class, any wheels may be used, but you must retain the stock axles.
  4. If your wagon is thrust powered (steam, jet turbine, rocket, etc) the motor(s) may be placed wherever you like.
  5. If your wagon is not thrust-powered, an external motor may be used, and one additional wheel may be added. This must be a driven wheel, I.E. it must be the wheel used to deliver the motor's power to the race surface. The contact patch of this wheel may be no more than 18 inches behind the rear axle. In addition, it may not be in front of the front axle, or outside the stock axles' track width. The motor itself may be placed anywhere you like.
  6. All drivers must wear adequate safety gear. Only you can judge what that means for you.
  7. Speed must be recorded via a highly accurate GPS speedometer, like the Racebox Micro, and you must hold your top speed for at least one full second.
  8. A full, uncut video of the run must be uploaded publically to YouTube for record verification.
